The Herp

It comes out of nowhere in all it's glory and takes residence on my lips. I starting feeling the "itch" yesterday afternoon. By evening it had fully developed. I tried attacking with the normal medicine.....but it always gets bigger before it gets smaller. I normally have these horse pills on tap used to cure the "other kind" of herpes....If you know what I mean. I took these the week of my wedding when I got "The Herp!" I fought and fought and it was gone by the wedding day. I've grown up with these. Usually I get them if I have had fever, been sunburned or stressed. I don't believe I have had any of the 3 in the last week. But, I guess I'll never know.
Everyone who knows me, knows about the herp. I think I need a Fever Blister Support Group.

I'm washing my hands of "The Herp!!" GET YE OUT SATAN!!!!!!!!!!!!

You know I've been a member of the Herp Club for as long as I've known you, and I'll be happy to be part of your support group. I've been able to stop my past 2 fever blisters as soon as I felt the "tingle" with Abreva. It's worked BETTER than my prescription Valtrex, which is embarrassing to get anyway because everyone looks at you like you're going to give them the "other kind" of herpes you were talking about. :)

Matthew gets them too but from bananas and chocolate! I am sorry friend, at least you still look cute! Love you!

Are we all really admiting to all of this? I have to say, Moll, this has been somewhat of a crazy week, but it has to be the weeks before this week that lead to the reminder of the stress that we allow to get to us.

I am in the club. Ug.

Ok, I just read "The Herp" and laughed for a good minute before I could finish reading.
I love seeing your sweet face at venture every week! There's definitely a void in small group that you used to fill! Get better...is that what you say when people get lip herp?

Molly-
Can't say I'm a "Herp Club" member, but wait till you have a baby...lots of body stuff goin on. Just consider yourself lucky to not know yet! Ha.

I have been a silent blogger and often get on your blog for laughs. Your entries crack me up. Did you ever find out the rapper guy's name? That's classic. Did I ever tell you I once saw Fabio in an airport (before He was the notorious I-can't-believe-it's-not-but-tah adds) and he lifted me up over the moving sidewalk so I could take a pic with him. All this in front of my HS buds. Before they pointed him out, I had no idea who he was.

Now it's not so cool...

Hey Molly. So, Justin was showing me some of the videos his company (Bluefish TV) had made recently and all of a sudden...there YOU were!!! Famous with this funny worship video!! It's amazing to me how many people you know...did they come to your church to film? Do you even know what I'm talking about!? :)
